What if I don't have a printer?
No problem. After you submit your quote, select 'No Printer' and we'll mail you a pre-printed label and a free box. Alternatively, USPS locations can print labels for you using a QR code we provide.
Can I ship multiple brands in one box?
Absolutely. You can mix any combination of brands and products in a single shipment. Just make sure each item is listed on your quote form. We'll verify everything when the package arrives.
How do I pack the supplies safely?
Place items flat and snug in the box so they don't shift during transit. You don't need bubble wrap or packing peanuts — just make sure items aren't loose. Keep all original labeling intact.
What box size should I use?
Any size that fits your items comfortably. A standard USPS medium flat-rate box works well for most orders. If you're shipping 10+ boxes of supplies, contact us and we'll arrange a larger label.
How long does shipping take?
Most packages arrive within 2–5 business days via USPS Priority Mail. Once delivered, we verify the contents and send payment promptly.
