Our Story
Surplus Rx was founded by a family that knows firsthand how quickly diabetic supplies accumulate — and how frustrating it is when insurance changes, treatments switch, or a loved one passes away, leaving boxes of expensive supplies with nowhere to go.
We built this company on a simple belief: people deserve to be paid fairly, quickly, and with zero hassle. No confusing forms. No waiting weeks for a check. No lowball offers after you've already shipped.

Our team operates out of two locations — Alsip, Illinois and Fort Worth, Texas. We ship prepaid USPS labels to sellers in every state in the country and send payment promptly after receiving your package — no matter where you are.
For sellers in the Chicago area or the Dallas–Fort Worth area with large lots, we also offer local pickup. Contact us to arrange a pickup if you have a bulk lot you'd prefer not to ship.
